Do I need to book in advance?
What age groups can attend?
We cater to all age groups, from toddlers to teens (and grown-ups too).
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes. A signed waiver is required for every active participant. Parents or legal guardians must complete the waiver for children under 18. You can complete it online or in person before your session.
Are grip socks required?
Yes. FunhouseHQ grip socks are mandatory on all equipment. You can bring your own or purchase a pair at check-in.
Can I bring my own food or drinks?
Outside food and drinks are not permitted, except with prior arrangement for birthday parties. Our café offers a range of kid-friendly and adult options.
Is there on-site parking?
Yes. Free parking is available directly outside the venue.
Can adults participate too?
Yes. Adults are welcome to jump, climb and join in the fun. Just book a session and sign the waiver.
Do you cater for children with additional needs?
We aim to be as inclusive as possible. Please contact our team before your visit so we can make suitable arrangements for your child.
What happens if I’m late for my booking?
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. If you’re late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but session times may be shortened depending on availability.
